Raised points during the meeting:

- Reception Glass Screens – Obstructive and hard to hear, causing frustration. Outcome: This was placed due to Covid and it also offers protection against violent patients to which we have had an increase in.
- Intercom – Not being used. Outcome: It is in fully working order however the Reception team do turn this off if not required as it causes echoing – potentially breaching confidentiality, Reception always use if required.
- TV appointment screen/messages – Look at sharing more information, use as advertisement. Outcome: This will discuss with the Practice Manager if this is possible.
- Posters in Reception – Too many posters, looks cluttered. Outcome: A review of the posters and leaflets.
