You must be aged 13 or over to use the NHS App. You also need to be registered with a GP surgery in England or the Isle of Man.

What you can do with the NHS App
Full access will allow you too:
- order repeat prescriptions and nominate a pharmacy where you would like to collect them
- book and manage appointments
- view your GP health record to see information like your allergies and medicines (if your GP has given you access to your detailed medical record, you can also see information like test results)
- book and manage coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccinations
- get your NHS COVID Pass
- register your organ donation decision
- choose how the NHS uses your data
- view your NHS number
- use NHS 111 online to answer questions and get instant advice or medical help near you
Seasonal Flu & COVID vaccines
The practice are now offering flu and COVID boosters. You will be contacted if you are eligible.
COVID boosters are not guaranteed due to stock availability. If we are unable to offer your seasonal COVID booster, please call 119 to access the vaccine.

Pride and Practice Award
The Centre Surgery, Hinckley is extremely pleased to announce that the Practice have been awarded a GOLD in the Pride and Practice.
We pride ourselves in being a friendly, inclusive and supportive Practice to all our patients.
Covid19 Spring Booster
The Practice is now offering Covid19 Spring Booster vaccination appointments for patients Over 75 and also patients Over 18 who have a weakened immune system.
You should of received a self booking link for all patients who are eligible and have a mobile phone. Alternatively please contact the Surgery to book your Covid19 Spring Booster!
