We are currently accepting new patients. If you would like to register with us you will need to firstly check that you live within our catchment area using the link below.
Catchment area
Patients will be accepted onto the practice list if they live within the boundary area as agreed with the local health authority.
Once registered with the practice, you will be allocated a registered General Practitioner – Dr Pragna Solanki and you will be able to then register for online access, which will allow you to:
- Book appointments
- Order repeat prescriptions
- have access to your medical record including recent test results
Just fill in this quick online form to start the process. You do not need proof of address or immigration status, ID or an NHS number.
The service is designed and run by the NHS, so your personal information is safe. It cuts our administrative workload and makes it easier for you to register.
