The Surgery received 3,136 telephone calls in the month of July, with an average que time of 2m 13s. One of our Reception team alone answered 560 calls.
The Surgery made 1,978 outbound calls in the month of July.
With our new telephone system we are able to offer patient call back, this means you are able to stay in the que and a member of the team will contact you back as soon as you get to the front of the que to save your time being in a que!
In July 100 call backs were requested.
