Armed Forces Collaborative

The Armed Forces Cardiovascular Collaborative (AFCC) is a new initiative to bring together researchers, clinicians, and people from the Armed Forces community to improve heart health. This includes sharing experiences, ideas and learning through regular online and in-person engagement sessions. Please see the poster below for more information.
